Use [email protected] for everything: support, billing and refunds, privacy requests, conduct reports, copyright notices, security reports and formal legal notice. Start the subject line with the topic (for example PRIVACY REQUEST — or DMCA NOTICE —) so it reaches the right place.
§Order of precedence
If these documents conflict, this order controls, highest first:
- A separate written agreement signed by an authorised officer of Dextrata Software Inc.;
- The Terms of Service;
- The End User Licence Agreement, for the downloadable software;
- The other policies on this page;
- In-game text, help and marketing.
On how personal information is handled, the Privacy Policy controls. Nothing in any document takes away a right you have under consumer protection or privacy law that cannot be waived by agreement.
§Changes
Each document shows its effective date and version. If we change a document in a way that materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page and in the game before it takes effect. The game records which version of the Terms you accepted when you created your account.
